Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every product we send out.

If you receive the wrong item or experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve it. A photo of the product with the error is required when considering a replacement.
